The raw material size is 70*16 for the first and the second of helper, the third and the fourth of helper is 70*8. The specification of the main leaf spring is 70*11. Raw material kind is 60Si2Mn (SUP7). The main free arch is 120±5mm, the auxiliary free arch is 100±5mm, the mian development length is 1250 and the helper development length is 980, the centre hole is 12.5. The first leaf spring of main spring has two eyes, the size is ø42 and ø40. The assy has two clamps. Five of them have taper, such the first and the second of helper, the length of taper is different. Our leaf spring uses Electrophoretic Paint, they are more safe and environmental protection、economical、convenient and efficient.

2) Quchenging Process
We strickly controled the steel temeprure around 800 degree.
we swing the spring in the qenching oil among 10 seconds according to the spring thickness.
3)Shot Peening.
Each assmembing spring set under stress peening .
Fatigue test can reach over 150000 cycus
4) Electrophoretic paint
Each item use electrophoretic paint
Salt spray testing reach 500hours
